Vinyasa yoga

 We focus on the foundational movements and principles of Vinyasa yoga, helping you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in your practice. With clear instruction and modifications for all levels. 

Basic Vinyasa classes
These classes are perfect for anyone looking to establish a strong yoga practice.

Intermediate Vinyasa classes
For those who have been practicing regularly for at least 6 months. 

Yin yoga classes

We slow down and sink into deep relaxation, holding gentle poses for several minutes at a time to release tension and promote healing in the body. These classes are perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Meta yoga classes

We explore the power of breath using Soma Breath techniques and movement, using intentional breath holds during static poses and dynamic movements to tap into the body’s innate wisdom, vitality and strength. These classes are perfect for anyone looking to deepen their connection to their body, mind, and spirit.
